Require a successful three-way TCP handshake for all TCP connections.

Solution

Navigate to Firewall Settings->Flood Protection->TCP Settings and check off ‘Enforce strict TCP compliance with RFC 793 and RFC 1122’ and ‘Enable TCP handshake enforcement’.
