Login Banners are a warning to intruders regarding prohibited activity and also can be used to communicate acceptable use policies to legitimate users. Banners assist in legal aspects of prosecuting intruders.
Solution
Navigate to users->settings->acceptable use policy. Check off the trust zone boxes in the ‘Display on login from’ section. Configure an appropriate acceptable use policy notification in the text field.
