Overview
Employees receive initial and periodic training in the operation of environmental controls.
Threat
Damage to equipment, documents and media is at risk if environmental controls are not operated properly. Potentially harmful environmental conditions to personnel are at risk if environmental controls are not operated properly.
Guidance
1. Employees shall receive initial training in the operation of environmental controls.
2. Employees shall receive periodic training in the operation of environmental controls.
3. Documentation of those employees who attended and received initial and periodic training shall be maintained.
