Secure Access Only should be Enabled. When you select Secure Access mode, Citrix ADM communicates in secure mode, that is, it uses HTTPS protocol.

Solution

Configuration > System > Administration > System Configurations > System, Time zone, Allowed URLs and Message of the day

Update the value for Secure Access Only to Enabled.
