Log into the Cisco APIC Web Console:
Navigate to ‘Admin’ -> ‘External Data Collectors’.
Expand ‘Monitoring Destinations’.
Click ‘Syslog’.
Review each destination group. In the ‘Property’ section ensure ‘Admin State’ is ‘enabled’.
