Enable authentication, authorization, and accounting (AAA) authorization to determine if a user can access the privileged command level. Default value for authorization is local users, which provides minimal authorization. Check looks for authenitcation turned off in any schemes.
Solution
Run the following command to enable authorization in AAA authorization shceme:nn authorization-mode {local|hwtacaca|if-authenticated}
